Regional planning
We partner with municipalities and businesses on a variety of regional planning projects, from extensive master plans to block plans. We design master plans and local detailed plans for areas such as villages, residential neighbourhoods, city centres and industrial areas, and prepare all documents related to the plans, such as impact assessments and construction guidelines. We manage the planning process and, if necessary, support the property owner in navigating the process. In addition to the plans, we create area and block-level reference plans as well as their visualisations.
Regional planning is based on the values of the landscape and cultural environment, green structure and biodiversity, as well as low-carbon urban structure that is adaptable to the impacts of climate change.
Landscape and green planning
We offer expert partnership in diverse landscaping and green planning projects. We implement plans for green areas, yards and parks that emphasise aesthetics, ecology and functionality. Our design work combines well-considered vegetation choices, stormwater solutions and the use of sustainable materials – in this way, we support the well-being of both people and nature.
