The ground floor of the building contains a shared living space, service facilities, offices and a home care base. The care facilities are located on the upper floors. The residential rooms in the triangular building surround the living and dining areas in the centre. Every care department has a large south-facing balcony for the residents to use.
At the southern tip of the building, there is a work of art by Hannu Väisänen measuring several storeys in height and clad in COR-TEN steel mesh. Other works by Väisänen can be found inside the building.
