New negotiating premises of the Lukkaroinen Helsinki office
In summer 2022, Lukkaroinen’s Helsinki office expanded with new negotiating premises that provide a spectacular view to Old Church Park.

Timeless and elegant interior design
The old oak parquet floors were preserved and the original wooden doors were highlighted in honour of the property’s architecture and history. The overall look is calm, timeless and elegant.
A lot of existing furniture was used in the interior design, and only a few new acquisitions were added. The more relaxed atmosphere of the smaller conference room provides an excellent setting for hosting a casual watch party. The larger conference room’s long table has hosted small celebrations, extensive presentations and a mug workshop, among other events. Thanks to the double doors, the premises can be easily combined. The warm and spacious oak fixtures in the corridor welcome both customers and staff to enjoy a cup of coffee and some snacks.
The acoustics of the high rooms were improved with acoustic panels and abundant textile surfaces. The fully revamped lighting crowns the space with its modern technology and vibrancy.
