Wood Barracks of Luovi
In 1998, the Organisation for Respiratory Health in Finland bought a wooden barracks area in Oulu from the Finnish Defence Forces. The area was built in the 1880s according to a design by architect August Boman, and it has been classified as a site of national significance and cultural-historical value.
